We provide well-equipped commercial kitchen space for rental to individuals or companies.The rental can be either hourly, daily or, monthly bases.
The following are some of the conditions for renting kitchen space at Effie's Place, Inc.
A minimum of 4 hours at $40/Hr. ( The hourly rate may be negotiable)
Must carry a Uniform Liability insurance of not less than $300,000
Must have Safe Food Handling Certification
A deposit of $400 is required for all One-time rentals. ($350 is refundable)
Those interested in Regular and Long-term Rental Lease must deposit $880. ($800 is
refundable)
Must have a Health Department License.
